Strategic UX for diverse camp experiences.
This class project, created by my teammates Amal Suresh, Neeyati Trivedi, Jieyi Wang, and me, offered a comprehensive sitemap and user flow design specifically for four different personas interacting with a summer camp platform.
The team created organized navigation and user journey flows, ensuring the site experience supports their particular goals, motivations, and worries. The outcome is a diverse UX approach that gives significance, clarity, and accessibility top priority across many users.
As part of this collaborative project, I was responsible for designing the user flow for James, the philanthropist father persona.
My focus was on creating a seamless and emotionally intuitive experience for a parent whose goals extend beyond registration and balancing his desire to enrich his son's summer with his passion for supporting long-term camp success through donations.
I mapped out key touchpoints that reflect his values: trust, impact, and family connection, ensuring his digital journey aligned with both personal and philanthropic intentions.
